Soli Sorabjee is the former Attorney-General of India (1998-2004) and Solicitor-General of India (1977-1980). He is a Jurist and a designated Senior Advocate in Supreme Court of India.

He was awarded Padma Vibhushan by the President of India and also appointed as an Honourary Member of the Order of Australia (AM).
