Abhishek Manu Singhvi is an Indian lawyer and politician. As politician, he is a member of the Indian National Congress and a current Member of the Parliament of India representing West Bengal in the Rajya Sabha, the Upper House of the Indian Parliament. He is also a spokesperson for the INC.
